Delete your Quadbay account

Quadbay is a product of QUAVOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

You can ask us to delete your Quadbay account and the data linked to it at any time. Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Quadbay on the app or at quadbay.africa.
  2. Open Help & Support and send a new request titled Delete my account. If you cannot sign in, use the contact details on our support page and write from the email address or phone number on the account.
  3. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We then complete the deletion within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, address and state), your shop and listings, photos and files you uploaded, saved items, messages, and notification settings.

What we keep, and for how long

Order, payment, wallet and dispute records, and fraud-prevention and audit logs, are kept as long as the law and our tax and anti-fraud duties require, then deleted or anonymised. An account with an open order or unreleased escrow payment can only be closed after that order is completed or resolved.

Delete some data only

To remove only some of your data (for example listing photos) without closing your account, send the same request through Help & Support and say what you want removed.
