- Order and payAdd to cart and check out. Pay by card, or from your Payder wallet if you have linked Payder. You can also choose cash where it is available.
- Your money is heldPayder holds your payment. The seller sees that it is paid and gets your order ready.
- Receive it and confirmCollect your item or get it delivered, then give the seller your 6-digit handover code.
- The seller is paidOnly after you confirm does the payment go to the seller. You can then rate the seller to help the next buyer.
Held by Payder, released by you
Payments on Quadbay run through Payder, a separate payment company. Quadbay never sees your Payder password or PIN.
- Pay by card, or from your Payder wallet when your account is linked.
- Money is held until you confirm you received your order.
- Not delivered in time? Your payment is refunded in full.
- Ask for a refund from your order. Our team reviews it and you can follow its progress.
- Disputes are decided by Quadbay staff: the seller is paid, or you are refunded in full.
Where refunds go
If your account is linked to Payder, refunds are sent straight to your Payder wallet. If it is not, you give a bank account and we pay you there, so you are never stuck without a way to get your money back.
Cash orders
Cash on delivery is available for members who are allowed to use it. Cash goes directly between buyer and seller, so it is not covered by payment protection.

Buying is free for everyone. Selling starts free with a set number of listings. Plans add more listings, cash orders and shop features.
Get paid safely
Online orders are paid to your linked Payder wallet, or to a bank account that Quadbay verifies before it is saved (outside Nigeria).
Plans you choose
Each plan shows its price, how many days it runs, how many extra listings you get and which shop features are included. Upgrading gives you the new plan's days minus the days you already used.

Good to know
Is it free to buy on Quadbay?
Yes. Buying is free for everyone. Plans only affect selling, cash orders and shop features.
What if the seller never delivers?
When you pay online, Quadbay and Payder hold your money. If the order is not completed in time, or you ask for a refund and it is approved, your money goes back to you. The seller is never paid for an order that was not completed.
What is the handover code?
A 6-digit code shown only to the buyer. You give it to the seller when you receive your item, and entering it completes the order and releases the payment.
Do I need Payder to buy?
No. Anyone in Nigeria can pay online by card. If you link your Payder account you can also pay from your Payder wallet, every time. Refunds go to your Payder wallet if you have one, or to a bank account you give us.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available where the seller and buyer are allowed to use it. Cash orders are between you and the seller, so they do not have payment protection.
Does Quadbay work outside Nigeria?
Online protected payments and Payder wallets are for Nigeria. In other supported countries Quadbay works with cash, and sellers add a payout account that is checked before it is saved.
How do I open a shop?
Choose a plan that includes a shop, then open it from your account. Each plan decides which shop features you get, such as a flier, affiliates, the smart panel and the shop assistant.
